RavenTerms of service

The terms, in plain words.

What Raven does for you, what Raven asks of you, and how paying works.

Last updated October 7, 2026

The short version

  • $You only pay for forms that were sent. Everything else is free.
  • ✓Your messages must be honest and lawful. What you send is yours to answer for.
  • xNo spam, no tricks, no harassment. Raven can pause a campaign that breaks the rules.
  • $Packs are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout. It sends receipts and handles payment questions.
  • +Raven doesn't promise replies or sales. Your list and your line decide those.
01

Who these terms are between.

These terms are an agreement between you and Tidy Work (California, USA), the company that makes Raven ("Raven", "we", "us"). "You" means you and the business you sign up for.

Raven is for businesses. By signing up, you confirm you're at least 18 and allowed to agree to these terms for your business.

02

What Raven does for you.

Raven visits the websites on your list, finds each one's real contact form, fills it in with your details and your message, sends it, checks it went through, and keeps the proof. Replies come back to the reply address you set up.

Raven acts on your instructions. You choose who to contact and what to say.

Raven gets past human checks (CAPTCHAs) for you, unless you turn that off in your settings. Some sites still can't be sent to: there's no form, a human check Raven can't get past, or the site refuses the send. Raven shows you which ones and why, and you don't pay for them.

Raven doesn't promise replies, meetings or sales.

03

Your account.

  • ✓Keep your sign-in safe. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else got in.
  • ✓Give true details. Your profile is what Raven writes into forms, so it has to be accurate.
  • ✓One free trial per card. The free forms can't be claimed again with the same card.
04

What you send, and the rules.

You're responsible for your messages, your details and how you use the replies. When you use Raven:

  • ✓Be who you say you are. A real name, a real business, true details.
  • ✓Follow the law. That includes the marketing, privacy and consumer laws where the businesses you contact are.
  • xNothing false or misleading, and no fake names or companies.
  • xNothing illegal, threatening, hateful, sexual or harassing.
  • xNo harmful links: no malware, phishing or anything that tricks the reader.
  • xBusinesses only. Don't use Raven to reach people at home or anyone who asked not to be contacted.
  • xDon't work around Raven's safeguards: honest answers, skipped "no solicitation" forms, the 90-day rule, and "remove us".
  • xDon't copy, resell, overload or reverse-engineer Raven, or use it to build a competing product.

We can pause a campaign or close an account that breaks these rules. We'll tell you why, unless the law or someone's safety says we can't.

05

Free forms, packs, and what counts as sent.

Your first 1,000 sent forms are free. Add a credit or debit card to claim them; prepaid cards work for buying forms. The card isn't charged, and each card gets one free trial. In a busy month, 100 free forms arrive at once and the other 900 on the 1st of the next month.

After that, you buy a pack. It's paid once and used up as forms are sent:

Pilot$49500 forms · about $0.10 each
Starter$991,000 forms · about $0.10 each
Growth$3995,000 forms · $0.08 each
Volume$99920,000 forms · $0.05 each

A form is used only when Raven sees it go through: the site shows a thank-you, moves to a new page, or clears the form. Everything else is free: unsure, no form, protected, refused, skipped or unreachable.

A fresh list search costs $20 per 1,000 new sites. It's paid up front, the price is shown before anything is charged, and it never costs more than you paid. Our business database and the lists you upload are free.

Prices are in US dollars, plus tax where it applies. If prices change, packs you've already bought keep their forms.

Forms last 12 months from the day they arrive in your account, the free 1,000 too. If you delete your account, unused forms end when it's deleted for good, 30 days later.

06

How paying works.

Packs are sold through Link, Stripe's checkout. Link is the seller of record for your purchase. It charges you, works out and pays sales tax or VAT, sends your receipts, and handles payment questions and disputes. Your card statement shows LINK.COM* and our name. Link's own terms and privacy policy apply to the payment.

The card you add for the free forms is saved by Stripe and isn't charged. We never see or store your full card number.

Refunds: within 14 days of buying a pack, we refund it in full, minus the forms already sent from it (at the pack's price a form). Write to hello@raven.work. Link can also refund a purchase in some cases within 60 days.

07

Lists.

Lists come from our business database, from fresh searches of public business listings, or from you. We check every list, but we can't promise that every site is current or has a form.

  • ✓Lists you upload: you confirm you're allowed to use them.
  • ✓Exports: each pack you buy lets you export as many sites as it has forms: 500, 1,000, 5,000 or 20,000, as a CSV.
  • ✓Never twice: Raven won't send to a site you've reached in the last 90 days.
08

Replies and your reply address.

Replies come to a reply address on your own domain (you add one DNS record and you're responsible for your domain) or to an address we give you.

Raven reads and sorts the replies so it can show them to you, and forwards the ones written by a person to your own inbox. Raven never emails the businesses for you and never sends email from your address. You answer from your own email.

If a business replies asking to be removed, Raven won't contact it for you again.

09

Your content, and ours.

Your details, messages and uploaded lists stay yours. You let us use them only to run Raven for you.

Raven itself is ours: the software and the design. Our business database is built from public and open sources, and you can use it inside Raven. To make Raven better, we learn from how sites' forms behave and how sends turn out, never from what you typed. If you send us ideas, we can use them freely.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data.

10

Changes, breaks, and endings.

We work to keep Raven running, but we can't promise it will never be down. We may change, add or remove features. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll email you before the change takes effect; using Raven after that means you accept them.

You can stop using Raven at any time and delete your account in Settings. You can restore it for 30 days; after that it's gone for good. We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, doesn't pay, or puts other people at risk.

If Raven ever closes for good, we'll email you at least 30 days before, and refund the forms you paid for and haven't used.

11

Liability.

Raven is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we don't promise it will be error-free or fit a particular purpose, and we don't promise any result.

We're not liable for lost profits, lost sales or indirect damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

You'll cover us for claims that come from your messages, your content, or your breaking these terms or the law.

Some places don't allow these limits. Where they don't, they apply as far as the law allows.

12

Law, disputes, and contact.

If something goes wrong, write to us first; we'll try to sort it out within 30 days.

California law applies to these terms, and any dispute is heard in the courts of California, USA.

About these terms: legal@raven.work. Anything else: hello@raven.work.
