One short, human line.

Each business gets one short line from you, in its own contact form. Plain beats clever: in our case study, the best line ever sent was a plain question, Do you ever partner with other agencies?

Sounds automatedx

Hi {first_name}, I came across {company_name} and was really impressed by your work…

Sounds like a person✓Do you ever need extra hands on video work?
  • ✓One line, in your words. Your name and company go in the form's own fields, the way a person fills it in.
  • xNo attachments. Nothing to open or download.
  • xNo links, unless you add one. If you do, each site gets its own version, so you see who clicked.

Your inbox and domain are never at risk.

Raven fills in forms on the businesses' own websites. It never sends email from you.

Replies go to a separate address

you@reply.yourcompany.com

You pick this word, reply by default. Raven checks it's free, then shows you the one DNS record to add. Or use an address we provide.

  • ✓Replies never crowd your inbox. They're matched to the sites they came from and sorted: positive, negative, automated.
  • ✓Real replies reach your own inbox. Automated mail and newsletters stay out.
  • xRaven never emails the businesses. You write back yourself, from your own email.

Rules Raven never breaks.

Honest answers onlyA roofer's form*

What do you need a quote for? (required)

Tile & slate roofs

xNot true of you, so Raven won't pick it.

Skipped: "needs an answer we won't invent"free
  • ✓Honest answers only. A required question is answered only if an option is true of you. If none is, Raven skips the site and tells you. It never guesses.
  • xNever ticks a newsletter box. Terms boxes are accepted; personal questions get "prefer not to say".
  • xNever sends where a form says "no solicitation", in English or Japanese.
  • xNever the same site twice in 90 days.
  • ✓A "remove us" reply is honored. Raven won't contact that business for you again.
  • ✓Shuffled for every customer, so customers don't all start on the same businesses.

Your data stays yours.

Your details and your messages are used only for your own campaigns: in the forms you send, and by the AI model that matches them to each form. Other customers never see them, and they're never used to train AI. When Raven learns from real use, it learns from the sites' forms and how each send turned out, never from what you typed.
